1. All bookings must be paid for in advance.

2. We reserve the right to alter your booking if absolutely necessary. We will endeavour not to do this other than in exceptional circumstances and will offer a refund or change of booking slot should this happen.

3. All bookings are non refundable and not transferable.

4. By making a booking you are agreeing to the website terms and conditions in place at the time of booking. We may need to vary the terms and conditions but where necessary this will be advised by email.

5. When making your booking you must give honest, accurate details of the number of dogs attending the booking. Any changes to these details before the booking takes place must be notified in advance.

6. Bookings are non-transferable to other people.

7. Cancellations are not possible if they are attempted to be made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and payments will not be refunded.

8. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the field is secure, we cannot guarantee that it is, so we cannot be held responsible for any escaping dogs.
